Our gatherings take place on the first Sunday of each month (except for July and August) at 1:00 pm in Seaside, Ca. (This year, the June and September gatherings will be on the second Sunday.)

August 4th, 2024 PicnicThere will not be a gathering this month. Instead, we will hold our annual member picnic at a local park in New Monterey. Details to come.

September 8th, 2024We will have a “show n’ tell” of our favorite Calligraphy tools. This will be a very informative Gathering for all members, beginners and seasoned veterans. Take a look at your supplies and start thinking about items that have been useful and practical for your Calligraphy practice.

October 6th, 2024 1 pmWeathergrams! This project has been around for many years, but some of our newer members haven’t tried it yet (your program chair included!). Weathergrams are an organic and creative way to celebrate Autumn.

December 1st, 2024 1 pmMany of you saw Suzanne Sayles’ Folded Magazine Christmas trees at one of our Gatherings. We are lucky enough to have Suzanne herself on board to explain this lovely project. Be on the lookout for nice magazines which have a spine… stapled magazines won’t work. It’s not too early to start collecting suitable magazines!
