We’re calling this a gratitude journal because this is the time of month that we reflect on the things that we’re grateful for…. However, I’m grateful for fun little books like these that can be used for anything! Wait till you see the surprise that they carry - the small accordion hinges allow you to add or remove pages in just a second. Add a few sheets of watercolor or mixed media paper if you want to sketch or doodle or practice your whimsy letters. Or perhaps use it as a little journal for your favorite quotes. Mix it up by adding a few solid colored pages to it - and get creative! They can be as casual and funky or sophisticated and elegant as you would like.
We will be making the covers and attaching them to the pre-assembled booklets. Bring your paste paper that we made in our March gathering, or a light to medium weight decorative paper of your choice. There will also be other paste papers provided as well as filler sheets, accordion hinges.
If you have the following items it would be helpful to bring them!
Ruler
Pencil
Cutting mat
Bone folder
Exacto knife
Scissors
White glue Old magazine to use as scrap paper to glue on
Colored or decorative paper if you wish. Does not need to be more then the equivalent of 3 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11

Our Membership calendar year runs January 1st through December 31st. If you join in the month of October or later, your membership will automatically extend throughout the next calendar year. When we receive your payment you will be welcomed by our Membership Chairperson and receive our latest newsletter.
