Monterey County FairSeptember 1-5, 2022
Calligraphic works submitted by members and general public were judged in two classes this year. We had seven entries in the Calligraphy category and three entries in the Hand Lettering category.
Additionally, our members submitted entries in the Cardmaking category. |

Writing on the WallApril 5 - July 2, 2022
On April 4 of this year, we began the work of displaying 50 works of art from 22 contributing Sea Scribers for the “Writing On The Wall” exhibit at the Pacific Grove Public Library. Three months later, we took them down. In between, though, the public who viewed the exhibit, were awe struck with what we shared of our art and passion. Diana Godwin, the Library Directory, was continually hearing “What a beautiful exhibit this is!” “This is one of the best shows I’ve seen here!” “I had no idea that people still do Calligraphy!” “Truly incredible!” “Awesome!”
In other words, it was a huge success! Thank you all who contributed to the exhibit and garnered all these great comments. |
